Mr. Van der Laak, a native of the Netherlands with Dutch/Indonesian heritage, travels worldwide to assist our clients. He is married and proud of his beautiful family.

He brings extensive experience in leadership, distribution, sales, marketing, and relationship building, resulting in increased profit margins. Mr. Van der Laak possesses a keen eye for identifying key business opportunities and has established a large network of clientele, fostering solid business relationships.

Through OvdL Consulting, Mr. Van der Laak generates new business and enthusiasm for the products he represents. He values support and service as integral parts of achieving solid results and enjoys collaborating with people worldwide.

Additionally, Mr. Van der Laak serves as the Executive Director of The onaWroll Enterprise. A portion of EZ Deals' sales goes toward fundraising and marketing efforts for The onaWroll Enterprise, benefiting disadvantaged individuals within local communities.

Born in 1967 into a creative family, Stefan received extensive home schooling in various artistic disciplines before pursuing a successful education at Cambridge. He specialized in professional photography and illustration.

For eight years, until 1996, Stefan worked at Cambridge University, eventually becoming Chief Photographer and Illustrator, contributing to publications like National Geographic.

Aside from his career, Stefan was active in sports, representing his national karate team and appearing on TV shows like Gladiators. He moved to Greece in 1997 and promoted Rugby.

During his twenty-year stay in Greece, Stefan ran his own business, designing and constructing various establishments, including parts of the Presidential Palace in Athens.

Since returning to England in 2016, Stefan has been involved in high-end property construction, interiors, and movie set fabrication, including work on Marvel's Black Widow at Pinewood Studios.

With his versatile creative abilities, Stefan has embraced the challenge of EZ Deals, bringing excitement to the platform.

Mr. Guzman hails from the picturesque country of Colombia, South America, and boasts an extensive international work history across various countries. His professional journey primarily revolves around business, where he has excelled as a salesman and business development manager.

Luis possesses a robust background in customer service, having been actively involved in sales and customer support roles since 2004. He pursued his undergraduate studies in Business Administration in Colombia, complemented by a minor in Digital Marketing and advertising. Recently, he has expanded his academic horizons by delving into Consumer Psychology, currently pursuing an advanced degree in the field.

While music held a significant place in his heart during his youth, Mr. Guzman's true passion lies in the realm of business. He showcased his entrepreneurial spirit from a young age, initially working in his father's business and swiftly rising to become a key salesman. Drawing from this invaluable experience, he now leads the EZ Deals call center teams, leveraging his expertise to drive success in the business world

Ms. Smith graduated with honors from the University of Bentley with an emphasis in Business and Accountancy and hit the ground running. She had already started and sold multiple companies before joining EZ Deals. She says, “When I first saw EZ Deals, I knew I wanted to be part of this company. The concept was so effective and inexpensive for businesses that I knew it would sell itself.”

Kelly spends her time primarily servicing large accounts and working through the details of joint ventures with marketing partners. She is rarely at home and spends most of her time in airports or with clients, ensuring that EZ Deals' larger domestic and international accounts perform as they should.

Kelly loves skiing and lives near the slopes outside of Denver. She says, “Even though I miss the winter ski season, there is nothing like the spring weather or the golden color of the Aspen trees in the autumn near my home.”

Ms. Ritter has been involved in the accounting industry since 2009, initially working in the family’s accounting firm before establishing her own company in 2010.

Ms. Ritter became a client of EZ Deals in 2015 and immediately recognized its potential. “I was impressed with the growth potential and the value that EZ Deals provided to clients, so I decided to invest in the company and join the team.” She has been a partner of EZ Deals since 2016 and has been responsible for managing the company’s finances.

As the Chief Financial Officer for EZ Deals, Ms. Ritter has been heavily involved in the strategic planning of domestic and international expansion, particularly in legal, financial, and internal policy compliance. She believes that growth is positive, but it can overwhelm companies without tight accounting controls and cash flow management. She enjoys streamlining processes to create greater efficiency.

Ms. Ritter resides in Arvada with her three children and her partner, Brandon. They spend quality family time on weekends playing and grilling in the backyard, watching movies, visiting Grand Lake, and enjoying other fun outings.

Born in Rustenburg, South Africa, Ms. Skwarski was raised since the age of nine by her successful businessman father and mother in Pretoria, she developed a keen understanding of business dynamics from a young age. In 2013, she pursued her passion for design by studying graphic design at the University of Pretoria.

As a Graphic Designer at EZ Deals, she leverages her skills to create visually striking images and typography that effectively convey information and ideas. She recognizes the importance of aligning her designs with the specific objectives outlined in a client's brief. This involves actively listening to clients, understanding their needs, and making design decisions accordingly. Whether the brief leans towards a strictly commercial or artistic and aesthetic direction, she believes that a successful graphic designer can achieve both objectives seamlessly.

Ms. Skwarski thrives on the creative aspect of her work, catering to a diverse range of businesses that partner with EZ Deals. She ensures that her designs not only reflect the essence of the client's company but also effectively convey the intended message. Her dedication lies in producing designs that leave a lasting impression while meeting the commercial goals of the client.
